Greg - Most anything is possible I suppose, but not likely here. Why remove the firmly struck Krieghoff marks? Why not replace it with the PR mark if going to all the trouble you suggest? Tony had trouble delivering his 16ga barrels and I expect he took them from Merkel or anyone else that could deliver at right price.
