REPAIR CODE CZZ3

Am I reading this correctly on a VHE?

C= APRIL
ZZ= 1953 (THINK I AM CORRECT SO FAR)
3= SERVICE SECTION RECEIVED (Not sure but that is what the Parker site tells me)

Barrels also marked Overload Proved
Chambers now 2.75".
