Default Info on the Ithica classic doubles

I am considering investing in one of these? Are they a good investment like the parker Repro's? I understand there are early krupp steel barrels and differences in manufacturing/engraving qualities? I like the 28gauge, want DT-PG-BTF I may actualy shoot it? I see one for sale on Gun broker at reduced price from 7K down to 6K. Its one of the later made guns, does not have the krupp steel barrels. I will say the engraved birds or dogs are basic at best, not alive like 1920-s engaving. Any info about the guns, quality and values...thanks Kenny Graft SXS ohio >>>(-:
