I will share what I know. I own and have owned some nice LC Smiths. Hunter one triggers can be a little troublesome, but there are a few guys that can do a good job of getting the trigger squared away if there are issues. Beside the obvious things to look for on any SXS is the cracking that developers on many Smiths behind the lock plates.
As far as the Specialty 16 with 2 barrels that letters this way it's a very desirable gun. Only. About 700 Specialty grades were made in 16 gauge and only about a dozen lettered to have 2 barrel sets. Most had ejectors and about half had Hunter one selective trigger. Non selective are rare as well as beaver for ends, and vent ribs. Good Luck.
