I Bid on the reloader right away then started researching. I sent the seller this web site so he could check the measurements.

I was sent back this from the seller , and decided to pass.
"According to the conversion charts 7/8 is .775, the press shell holder is 15/16th which converts to .8, 1 inch converts to .85, so I would guess it is a 8 gauge, since a 10 gauge is .775 of an inch"
I too would like to know if the reloader turns out to be for an 8 gauge. If so can you share better pictures.
