Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

Barrel markings different among Repros
Hello,
I just acquired a new Repro 20 ga. and found that the barrels are different than my 12 ga 2 bbl set in that there is no banner with the Parker Reproduction by Winchester script at the breach end of the top rib. The new 20 has the much plainer script on the side of the left barrel and does not include "Made in Japan".
The serial number of my 12 is around 720 and the 20 is around 900. Wondering if this was a cost saving measure when my 20 was built?
The new 20 is unfired, NIB and has an oil finish rather than glossy finish on its straight hand stock. Double triggers and 26" barrels. It is going to be hard to keep from hunting this one as everything about it is as it was when it left the factory including the box, case, and outer cover..
