Default Anybody have 12 Ga. barrels #144543?

After twenty years, I suppose it's time to try and find my original barrels for my 12 Guage CHE. It came with barrels and forend iron #121958, obviously from a similar grade gun, and it shoots fine with them. But it would sure be nice if I could unite the action with the correctly numbered barrels.

It's a longshot for sure. If it helps, my trigger guard was long ago engraved with the name "Bill Eckmeyer". The English buttstock appears original, with widow's peak skeleton buttplate and standard dimensions. The forend is a beavertail, which probably was not original to this buttstock, but it has similar nice grain.

Thanks for any help or history on this great gun. Fabulous grouse gun in our overgrown mountains, as long as I don't get too excited and pull both triggers at once. Again.
