I think we have the answer.....
As of 2023, recreational marijuana sale in North Dakota is illegal. Per the North Dakota Compassionate Care Act, registered medical marijuana patients and caregivers can purchase medical marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and cannabinoids from licensed dispensaries (compassion centers) in the state.
