No matter how many times I look at the first one I can't see it. I can see a tail? coming off the "hat" and maybe a pr of paws covering "eyes" or something.... just can't put it together. I can normally see things like this quickly. The second one was/is a no brainer.
Update. I got it now.... just had to flip it upside down.
