This seems an unusually nice restoration job. The receiver and the barrel bluing look very nice and the stock fit seems excellent as far as we can see here. Nothing to be embarrassed with this gun! Whatever is causing the lever to be to the left a bit can be fixed if desired. Might just be bolt wear, but that's not enough to the left to be an issue.
