A recent thread by Clint Guthrie, ask about the oldest ser# Parker back action. This would not include T Latch, and Charles Parker Maker guns. I had mentioned that I had a period booklet that gave the location and the name of the owners of Ser# 1and 2, with some research into my files, I found the article. It was in the May issue of Field & Stream 1909, authored by Harry Palmer, and reviewed by Austin Hogan and myself. An article was written, and published in the Parker Pages, Winter, 2005. pages 11-14 It is very interesting and a worthy read. The Parker pages have volumes of information in them I hope everyone saves them for reference, Gary
