I quit measuring chambers. Because I also shoot low pressure loads with 3/4oz of shot a slight increase in pressure with a shorter chamber means nothing. As stated in the other replies, you could quit cutting shells and shoot 2 3/4 shells if you so wanted. I have a Fox Sterlingworth over at the club right now and I'm asking $400 for it.
