I have been looking at the upcoming Julia's Action and repeatedly see reference to buyers responsibility relating to the ESA.
I have tried to research that "responsibility" without success.
Being a resident of New York State can anyone tell me how this applies to my purchase and receipt of a covered gun from this Auction?
