The guy wouldn't get off the bus because he couldn't understand English and was afraid of all the police activity - didn't even know he was the cause of it.
It took the better part of nine hours to get an interpereter.
I think it will be a huge embarrassment to the FBI, State Police, swat teams etc. and would have been a huge mistake to have just shot the guy....
