Dave, Parker Pages was dropped at the USPS in Michigan two weeks ago today. I'm in Massachusetts and I received my editor's allotment within two days and I received my personal copy two days after that.
Nearly 1,600 copies of Parker Pages are dropped at the USPS in one delivery from Village Press, our publisher. How the USPS handles/delivers/distributes them from that point is unknown to us other than the method of handling/distribution the PGCA pays postage for.

If you don't wish to wait any longer - and at this point I would bet it has been lost or the address label has become damaged to be illegible - you should contact James Hall by PM and request a replacement for your lost Summer Issue.
