I loaded 5 shells up with these components
Remington Olive drab hulls cut to 2 7/8
Win209
19 grs Clays
SP10 with 1/2" 16 ga fiber
1 1/8 oz 7.5s
When I go to final crimp, I can hear the shot squishing. I dont know if thats bad or not but my crimps are coming out pretty good (see pictures). I noticed my press was wanting to put 40 lbs of wad seating pressure but I was stopping it at the 30 lb mark.
