They also removed the end of the collar bone where it attaches to the shoulder A/C joint. Why they did this I don't know but that's what is the most painful.
I almost had the same thing done, they call it "hook shoulder" the end grows into something so when you lift up your arm it hits another something that make another something hurt, hopes all's well for you. scott
