Default Educate me on the GH--Price seems way low

Saw this GH just playing around on Guns International. Even though I grew up in the 80s and 90s and am more then comfortable with the Internet, I don't have the guts to buy a gun online from someone with no connection at all. I would make an allowance for someone on this forum that has a history of selling good guns, but some random gunshopper from parts unknown I don't have the faith to buy from.

Anyway, saw this on GI and he seems to put up a lot of the specifics and good info. Not a lot of photos but he claims it is in good condition, yet it is listed for less then $1000. Am I wrong to think there would have to be something wrong with a damascus GH 12ga for it to be listed for sale that low?

Thank you for your time, the gun looks good to me in the limited photos, but I know I don't know enough to truly make that distinction from internet photos. Again, I won't be buying this gun, just playing around and looking at guns on GI to try and educate myself.
