Wayne - I have not heard of people having those problems with AAs. This problem does occur with Gun Clubs and the resizing does fix that problem. Something else must be wrong. I have an 800+ and love it for reloading in all 4 gauges. What model do you have? I personally consider the PWs far superior to the MECs. However, the PWs take a little more skill to set up properly for your load. The MECs work fine in almost all conditions. First, I recommend you contacting Whiz White:

Jim 'Whiz' White

He is the best guy in the world on PWs. He regularly diagnosis and fixes problems over email.

If you get totally frustrated, Trapshooters.com or eBay is a good place to sell your unit.

Hope this helps,
Billy Gross
