I have reloaded on PW machines since the late 70's and early on found that everything went better if I resized the hulls before reloading. Years ago used an old Texan resizer and for the last decade or so use the MEC resizer. I think that would help your situation a lot. Also, I only load brass head hulls. Hope this might help, JH
