Any experience with gunsmith Roy Vail replacement barrels, quality and how drastically their presence affects resale value? I can find limited info. on Vail and it appears he was a high quality gunsmith who did custom rifle, shotguns and stocks. He may have done work for Winchester (M21) and possibly Parker in the late 40's-early 70's. Barrels and actions were likely sourced from Belgium. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. -KL
