Bill: It is in the San Francisco Bonham's & Butterfields sale and, most probably, never made it overseas. I received the printed catalogue this week & there are a very few double guns in the sale.

It just kills me to see an A-1 wearing that rubber recoil pad. It's like a Ferrari with mudflaps.

It may be a A-1 Special, but it is not that "special" to me. All deep relief, but the engraving is not that exciting. Took more time than talent.

The 12 bore A-1 Special at Bonham's, SN 137485, 2 barrel set just hammered at $60,000 plus the vig.
