Did Thomas Jeffords have a high grade Lifter?

Tried to enhance the image. It appears there may be a lifter latch? and sculpting of the balls?

I don't see an inletted hinge pin or a lifter latch.

If he did have a Parker Bros lifter, this isn't it.
