Default Curious about this 20ga

Found this listing on gunbroker while doing the rounds, unsure of a couple things. Is this a VH gun? What chokes does it have? and correct me if I’m wrong but does it have a checkered butt stock? Couldn’t see any seller contact info so I sent a message through gunbroker. SN is clear as 113012 thoughts?

Run away from that gun - it’s a frankenParker.
