Default Prayers for Texas

The people of the Texas Hill country need our thoughts and prayers. Devastating flooding and loss of life .

A terrible loss. We just went through this in West Virginia when 5 inches of rain fell in less than an hour in my area, 9 died and countless others lost everything. These natural disasters just seem to be getting worse and more frequent. These areas will never recover/be the same.
If you can help out physically in those areas , it's a sobering experience, and much appreciated.

It's terrible and also hard to believe how often natural disasters occur now. Prayers for all those involved.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

I live in Hunt in the hardest hit area of the flooding. Camp Mystic is less than 3 miles up river. The area is totally devastated and the pictures don't do the total damage justice.

For those so inclined to make donations, please see:

Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country
501 c 3 that has a newly formed: Flood account to ensure that funds will get to those people and local businesses that need them most.

Thank you again!

Scott
