Gun #103082893 There is a Screw and a locking screw on the right side up at the top of the frame something I haven't noticed on others unless I'm overlooking it What's its purpose?

A very early SBT. The early guns had a separate firing pin unlike the SxS's. This is the access to the firing pin. Later versions had the integral hammer and firing nose as 1 piece. S/N is in the 17x,xxx range.
