Nice Kurt. What is that slot and screw on the right side just behind the breech face? A vent?? and a firing pin retaining screw?

BTW: what position are you playing in the BB league??

Rich, Early SC's had that access hole for the two piece firing pin. Later guns the firing pin was integral with the hammer like the hammerless doubles.
