Left of center is how Parker built them and after millions of rounds and more than a century of testing it seems to work well that way. If you would like the top lever to be closer to center shoot 100,000 rounds through your gun, it may move.

Top lever position on a parker means nothing. All that matters is if the gun is tight or not.

To me when a top lever gun is locking up to the right of center I become suspicious of the amount of wear and use a gun has seen. Peening the lug is a quick cure for tightening a gun up that has no wear plate.

"Right of center" would mean that the gun is not broken in yet or has some dirt in the locking mechanism.
