Another Parker Win!

Took the SBT SC to the local Legion for their semi-annual meat shoot. The Parker won a huge slab of boneless pork loin. Parker Rules!!

That's awesome. I took Gia to the Rock and Sam said, "I sent Mike to shoot for meat so we don't have to buy it." I wonder how much that slab of meat has cost you over the years once you factor in all your toys : ) If I mentioned a "meat shoot" over the border here in NY they'd wonder what the hell I was talking about. What time is dinner?

What will you be cooking for us all Andy? That was one heck of a slab o' meat!! I've seen some of your gastronomical delights, bring it on brother!!

Mike I do an absolutely killer pulled pork on the Weber Smokey Mountain, and ribs ain't bad either : ) I let the butt smoke 12-14 hours then rest in foil/towel inside a cooler for a few hours before pulling. Bet ya' can't eat just one sandwich.
