Annie had a rough time, first in a train wreck and later in an automobile wreck. I wonder what other minor catastrophes to life and limb visited her.

Going a little further into the deaths of Annie and Frank...Annie died on November 3, 1926 from anemia, ( Vitamin B12 deficiency according to one source) and Frank died 18 days later. He gave up eating after Annie's death which caused him to die of malnutrition.

Moses is Annie's original family name. Phoebe Anne Moses was her maiden name.

When they died, John Moses was five years old and Cletus was one or less. Probably Annies brothers, but maybe her progeny. Their headstone was probably paid for by Frank and Annie. The Moses family was probably not able to pay for such a memorial.
