Default Charlie headed West

For those that have been wondering where Charlie has been hiding, he is headed West enjoying sites along the way. Asked how long he and his wife would be gone, and he said he was going to just keep "Drivin till the money ran out" LOL.
I'll have the pleasure of meeting Charlie and spending a few days seeing something's out here in the Southwest. May even get out and have him shoot a little.

Sorry should have clarified this. Charlie Cleveland. Spoke to him this evening, he has made it to Phoenix AZ today. Looking forward to a visit later this week.

Nice! Shame he didn't come later and get in on a dove shoot.

Charlie went west in August to miss the dog days of summer in Mississippi! Hope he followed my rule of never crossing the Miss river going west without at least one shotgun in the truck. Dan Rainey

Just finished up two great days with Charlie and his wife Bessy. Wish we did have dove season going. We could have easily shot a limit down by Elfrida AZ.
We spent time talking guns, going to two great gun shops, and did a trip down to Tombstone, and the Chiricahua mountains today. Definitely firmed up a friendship for life. They are headed further West in the morning.

The Chiricahuas are incredible. Little wonder the natives had a sanctuary there back in the day. I love that part of the state.
