His name is Wyatt. He is out plowing snow right now since Dad is laid up. I should have taken photos but he shot his first sporting clays in the winter league this year. He averaged a 50 which was pretty good I thought. He used my 28 ga repro and got a little too attached to it! The model 12 has the short flat forend so it is still a long reach for him to pump it very quickly. The pup is Cisco.
I was able to get him that M12 for $300 because of the cutts. I had a short stock for that frame size I put on for him. Its a 1952 vintage and had hardly been shot. |

Nice work! Bet he's as proud of those waders as he is the gun. Can get out there and fix the decoys with the big boys now. I never owned my first pair till I was 18 years old, I know I was pretty proud of them even at that age.

Correct on the waders. He got them last year and wore them constantly. I think I have pic of him working on decoys. I'll post it if I find it.
