Default L.C. Smith Specialty Grade 16 Gauge

Saw one over the weekend that wasn't for sale, but a very interesting gun to say the least. Just wondered how many were made. PS. Had the Beavertail forearm, ejectors, Hunter Single trigger. Only imperfection is the buttstock was cut over time and later on someone added a black 1/2" spacer in addition to a 1" recoil pad. Not sure, thought it was a skeet model, as the Barrel flats and the frame were marked with a large S. On second thought that was probably for Specialty Grade.
