Bill, the gun was originally sold to E.K. Tryon Jr. and Sons in 1890, then returned for the second set of barrels by P.F. Foley in Elmira NY in 1902.

just wondering - a quick look at a twin tiers ( that part of NY and adjacent PA ) genealogy site, it shows a Patrick F Foley as a partner in a book, stationary and wallpaper?? dealer



his wife was a milliner - their home entry says

Foley P. F. Mrs., milliner, 16 DeWitt, h do

Foley Patrick F., (Lawler & Foley), h 16 DeWitt
