Reverting to password stage ?

Blocked posting question on the reloading page. Logged into the site name password all correct dues paid too, type my question. Site blocks with a new log in request. Log in the 2nd time properly it deletes my typed question . No matter how many times I retype it reverts to log in stage, and deletes my question

Simple question not controversial “substitute for 20/28” what’s up ?
