yes, we know that. practically everything on a parker is done by hand, thus its appeal to many.
we are trying to determine if THIS rib is done by hand or rolled. its suspect because the bbls are titanic and the markings say peerless on the rib.

Here's an example of a Pachmayr Parker. The engraving looks like Gino Cargnel's work. He did many guns for Pachmayr.

I can't make the link to the NRA gun to work, but the first gun has an unmodified original rib marking, not a remarked rib inscription.

i want to thank everyone for helping me research this gun.
the result is someone saw the amount of gold in it and realized the value of the gun as a whole. (a parker plus the gold.)
your organization identified my gun as a DHE in writing. thank you for all those who got me on the right track to get this guns papers.
the gun sold for 20,000.00.
