Unfortunately, a 20 gauge magnum shell will not cycle through that action. So if you wanted a single shot, you could put a 20 mag barrel on there and drop one in the chamber, but it won’t eject. And yes, the 20, 28, 410 Superposed are all on the same frame.

Earlier this year I found a very high condition A5 Sweet Sixteen that was delivered to the Browning warehouse in 1949.
I have only shot some pen raised Chucker’s with it but I really like how it handles and now know why it’s called a Sweet Sixteen. Shortly after I purchased it I ordered this book. For About $90 it’s well worth the money. https://www.wetdogbooks.com/browning-auto-5-shotguns |
