Default Parker People are OK!

More than OK! Met up with quite a few this weekend and there's not a PGCA member who wasn't genuine and kind. The annual meeting last night was well done, well presented and a great event overall! Congrats to all the winners and those who were recognized and honored in this great organization. Tom is a gracious emcee and president, well done. Keep this up and I'll probably become a life member and try to stay alive another 11-12 years to get my money's worth. Thank you for everyone's good spirits and welcoming new people into the fold. It was finally great to meet Dean and Harold, Garry, Don and Don, a few different Steves, Mike the incredible wooden bowl maker, among many others who I can finally put a face to a screen name. Dan Steingrabber (sp??) "Steiner" it was tremendous shooting with you, and again thank you for the double on ice last night. Hope to see many of you again at The Rock for Mike's event. Hell, I even have to admit it was nice to see Dirty Harry!! : )

Baby steps Dean!!! Next time if you capitalize "The" we know you were ruined by Mike. It's my pleasure to try to help.

I don't bend easily and I'll never allow myself to be "ruined" even by someone so practiced at it as Man Mountain Mike is...

Good to meet you, too, Andy. I enjoyed listening to you and Elaine “talking Italian.” What warm and welcoming folks we met. Thanks to all.

Yes, another great Hausmann's, and my first time attending the annual banquet. Met a lot of new to me members as Andy mentioned plus a whole lot more. Sure would be great to shoot a round we each one and get to know them better. The "campground" in the back was fun and relaxing as always , the gator was not called upon to pull anyone out of the mud this year. I've got a dozen or so pictures to put up later today.

Thanks Harold for ferrying me around in the Gator! It was good to enjoy your company and shoot with you. I’m glad I had you to verify my horrendous scores… otherwise I might have had to lie about them.

It was really good to spend time with good old friends and to make new friends. And I thank everyone for their sincere condolences.

Same place - same time, next year!
