Default Finally

I have been switch hitting with my 20 repro and my 12 twist P on a 1 frame with factory 26 inch barrels. I made it a mission to shoot a grouse or two with the old Parker. Despite moving birds while carrying it I just could not manage to get a good shot. Well, this morning somebody finally smiled on me and the dogs. A perfect point, a back, and a good shot. Mission complete!

Is that the PH that was for sale on here a few months ago? That was a good buy, if so.

Great pic, by the way.

Mills, it is probably the one you are thinking of. I bought it on the forum last January. I carried it a few times before grouse season closed last year but never got a shot. It is one sweet handling gun made especially so with the modern stock dimensions it carries.

Mills is probably referring to this one, it's a twin to yours except it has a 1/2 grip.
I did the same as you alternating a 16 Trojan and 28 repro early in the year, but when I got the PH I was desperate to bag a grouse with it.
Congratulations Gary, I know the wonderful feeling you had closing this deal! Great job, and great picture!
