Charlie, Standard poodles were originally German water retreivers, supposed to be number two in the dog world for smarts,Boarder Collie is number one.
Riley(the black dog)has a big brother that weighs 75lbs. Riley is so smart he's still teaching me how to hunt! ![]() ![]() 16ga pumps and Parkers were guns of the day. 10 birds located and 8 in the bag, great way to spend a day with my oldest son, the pups and sons friend.

Bob, I'd love to go with you on a hunt with you if you have the time. You could teach a newbie what to do!

The dogs are the best part of any bird hunt. Looks like a great time was had by all...except maybe the birds.

How about getting some of that spray-on hair coloring in blaze orange for Frenchie?
Love to see dogs having a chance to do what they were bred for. |
