Default FYI ,

A few days ago I decided to send for the " 50'th Anniversary Issue " ,Ruffed Grouse Society Magazine and just received it in yesterdays mail . For those of you interested in Grouse and Woodcock ,Grouse Habitat ,Bird Dogs and Double Guns , for $14.95 I don't believe there is a better paper back magazine out there today for the money ! Just the photography is worth the price ,I sat down last night and couldn't stop reading the short stories and fine articles ,I am already over half through . This Issue has 140 pages of enjoyable reading there are also some advertising to deal with but the articles more than make up for it ! I have nothing to do with Ruffed Grouse Society ,nor there sales ,just wanted to bring this to every ones attn. . If interested you will find this at the Ruffed Grouse Society home page . If I were a little more computer literate ,I would have posted the link ,sad to say ,I have no idea how to do this ! ENJOY , Russ

Thanks Russ. A lot of us have the Anniversary Issue already. It is a very good read. I even have one thanks to Dave Suponski.... a great many of them were damaged by the USPS but members received a replacement from RGS and Dave was kind enough to send me his damaged copy

I really should join again ,I just belong to too many things and the crazy shift I work ,I am unable to join in with most of them ! My best enjoyment though are my Days afield hunting Grouse and Woodcock and running my Dogs ! Russ

Russ, there are a lot of good conservation organizations out there. RGS just happens to be about the best in my opinion. You should join back up.

Cheers
Marcus

It is a great book.
I was sent a second copy, the first came unwrapped, a second one was issued to me.
I don't need two. If someone wants one, send $5 for shipping and it's yours.
PM me.
Dave
