Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

Sausage Gravy and biscuits !
I hate to admit it now but I’d never had sausage (pork sausage I’m out of venison bfast sausage) gravy and biscuits until I was in my late thirties . But once I tried it I developed a taste for it rather quickly . I’d never had it at home just in resteraunts until about 18 months ago and then when I started making it I used Libby’s in a can . Well for several months now I’d been googling recipes etc and today I decided to make it for a late late brunch . Pillsbury biscuits from the dairy case of course . Then I used a recipe a guy in the Catlett VA area had on YouTube . He claimed a couple dashes of Worstechiere sauce helps it so what the heck . Two biscuits halved covered with the concoction with plenty fresh ground black pepper then a bit of shredded cheese on top . Also scrambled some eggs that had shredded cheese and milk . Bottom line my first attempt to me atleast tasted better than the Libby’s ! I hate to admit it but I cleaned the plate

These days, since we discovered Paradise Kitchens fully cooked pork sausage patties (fully 4 1/4" in diameter - not those tiny 2 1/2" thingies) on a king size Thomas's English muffin then a fried (or nuked) egg topped with a slice of cheese and capped with the other half of the muffin (toasted & buttered) makes a wonderful breakfast sandwich!!
You said sausage and this immediately came to mind.
