Default Parker fore arm?

Is this a Parker fore arm, no checkering, has fore arm tip, would be 410.

No Harold, the inletting for the latch is nothing like a Parker.

It is a lefever. Earlier push button style latching. The tip would be stamped with the serial on the underside. My guess would be in the 20,000 serial range. It is likely from a 12g.

I wouldn't put it on any gun I have ever owned, Parker or Lefever.
