Just a quick note in case anyone is interested. I use Flex-Hones with good results on old barrels after reaming for pits or to polish out erosion. In these situations I get good results with them.
I needed a couple of new ones and discovered that they stock and sell them on Amazon now. They have them discounted right now at 6-15% discounts and free 2 day shipping. That's a pretty significant savings over ordering from the manufacturer and considering shipping. Average is around $40/hone.
