Safety slide is not retracting all the way
I just noticed on one of my Parkers that the safety is not retracting fully to the rear position when the top lever is moved to the right and the breech opened. Consequently when I close the gun (with snap caps in the barrels) and attempt to fire it, the triggers are locked. I have to manually move the slide forward and then back to the rear and then forward in order to be able to fire.
Any ideas on what could be preventing the safety slide from retracting fully to the rear?
