Default Engraved Screws

I noticed that on some of the higher grade guns the screw heads on the side of the receiver, including the hinge pin, are engraved. And that some B's are when some A's are not. What determined this?

On grade C and above engraving, to a larger degree as the grade escalated, was largely up to the engraver. The level of engraving embellishment was generally determined by the grade but which small parts were to be engraved was at the discretion of the engraver unless specified by the person who ordered the gun.
