Parker information wanted

I have a Parker Double Barrel 12 ga serial # 5562 i want more information about if anyone has it. I was told it was custom made for a left hand person with a broken collar bone. It belonged to my Great Grandfather and now I am the fortunate owner. It is a beautiful gun
