Dixon and son

I just acquired a Dixon and Son BLE that may have been manufactured in the 1920s according to the seller. Does anyone know a source for finding out dates of production on these guns?

These folks might be a good source, if Dixon and Son no longer exist. I requested some info on my GE Lewis, and they were most helpful. For 10 pounds, they sent a nice, clear scan of the original ledger page. Good Luck!
