A group of SxS collectors, shooters and craftsman got together yesterday for a day of clays shooting, gun displays and food in western NY. We had a bunch of guns from local collections including Foxes, Parker's and Ithaca's. A few pictures. I didn't get pictures of all 21 guys participating but it was big fun. Craig

George King, "That's Ruff", 2010 - a timeless classic.
The rain held off nicely to get a few great rounds of 5 stand in. And the wind made it very challenging shooting. Though you wouldn't think so by watching since most all were VERY good shooters.
Thanks for the reminder of good times Craig. Sure was fun sharing a few brews with the crew on the veranda of the B&B in Montrose in June. Is that Rick's Parker I spied in the photo and who owns the beautiful hammer gun in the first picture?
Daryl: Yes that is Rick's AAHE and the C top lever hammer gun with Bernard barrels belongs to Larry Howk. Larry was at the Rosewood with the rest of our gang.

Tool: That is Bill Hammond. I have not seen Bill in a while so it was good seeing him. He brought along a few of his Ithaca trap gun gems. Not a bad collection of guns for a bunch of western NY apple knockers!
