Default My Heart is Pounding!!

I just received 58484, 12, DH, Damascus, 30", DT, skeleton, INCREDIBLE 3 dog engraving. Modified xModified. I will eat my hat if the gun has had 500 rounds thru it. Barrels are 95%, 80% Case remaining externally, 100 % in protected areas, not a screw looks turned. There is even faint case color on the skeleton plate. Sone light handling marks on the wood, with buttstock checkering sharp, and forend "almost" sharp. Lever far right, and action sticky new. It is a "1" frame, and weighs 6# 14oz's. Came in a fancy leg-o-mutton with the Baker Gun Company crest on the side.

I knew the photos on the gun looked good, the store in florida posted it on gunbroker at 5:30 in the morning last friday......i called and called til i got him and bought the gun. But now in my hands.....WOW

I am by no means a Parker Expert....is this a "rare bird"? Seems i dont see too many 1 frame older guns. Is the three dog engraving a plus??

Looking forward to all that weigh in...feel like a kid at christmas!

Is there a reasonably easy way to post photos from my IPhone? Any advise appreciated!

OH, i looked back at the thread on "three dog" dh's, you say your gun is 1899?

The lookup places my gun at 1889. Wondering if there is an earlier "three dog" dh out there?

mine was made in 1888 shipped in the first few weeks of 1889- you will only find a few older hammerless Parkers
